| 摘 要： | 目的探讨呼吸内科老年患者实施优质护理的方法和效果。方法160例呼吸内科老年患者作为研究对象，按照就诊时间分为观察组和对照组。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施优质护理。结果观察组护患关系，护理操作，护理沟通，健康教育和细节服务满意度均显著高于对照组（均P〈0．01）。结论优质护理模式应用于呼吸内科老年患者，对于提高护理质量和患者满意度具有积极意义，值得临床考虑。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the method and effect of high quality nursing used for elder patients in respiration medicine. Methods 160 cases of elder patients in respiration medicine were divided into control group, the experimental group, the routine nursing was used for control group, and the high quality nursing was used experimental group. Results The satisfaction degree such as nurse-patient relationship, nursing procedure, nursing communication, health education and detail service in experimental group were significantly higher than in control group （all P〈0.01 ） . Conclusions High quality nursing used for elder patients in respiration medicine, is meaningful for enhancing nursing quality and satisfaction degree of patients, so it deserved considering in clinical work. |
