对比分析加压钢板和交锁髓内钉置入治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效

摘    要:目的:比较加压钢板与交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折的临床疗效。方法40例胫腓骨骨折患者采用交锁髓内钉置入治疗,另40例胫腓骨骨折患者采用加压钢板置入治疗,对其疗效、愈合时间、并发症发生率进行比较分析。结果交锁髓内钉组优良率(87.5%)显著高于加压钢板组(72.5%)。交锁髓内钉组手术时间(68.4±7.6)min和术中出血量(182.7±16.4)mL明显低于加压钢板组的(96.2±10.5)min和(182.7±16.4)mL,差异有显著性意义(P〈0.05)。且加压钢板组下地负重时间、骨折愈合时间均明显长于交锁髓内钉组,差异亦有显著性意义(P〈0.05),交锁髓内钉组并发症发生率为7.5%,低于加压钢板组(20%)。结论交锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨骨折疗效优于加压钢板,并发症发生率低,值得临床推广。

Abstract:OBjeetive To compare the plate and intramedullary nail fixation for the treatment of tibia and fibula fracture. Methods Forty patients with tibial fractures were treated with intramedullary nail for the treatment, and forty othrs were treated with with compression plate placement, its efficacy, healing time, the incidence of complications were compared in these two groups. Results /ntramedullary nail group good rate (87.5%) was significantly higher than the compression plate group (72.5%) . Intramedullary nail group operative time (68.4~7.6) min and blood loss (182.7~16.4) mL were lower than compression plate group (96.2~10.5) min and (182.7+16.4) mL (P〈0.05) . And weight-bearing ambulation time compression plate group, fracture healing time was significantly longer than the intramedullary nail group, there were significant differences (P〈0.05) , intramedullary nail group complication rate was 7.5%, lower than compression plate group (20%) .Conelusion The intramedullary nailing for the treatment of tibia and fibula fracture is more effective than compression plate, and has lower complication rate, worthyer of promotion.
