16排螺旋CT在胃肠道间质瘤中的诊断价值分析

摘    要:目的探讨螺旋CT对胃肠道间质瘤的诊断价值。方法对照分析经手术和病理证实的20例胃肠道间质瘤病例,对其CT表现进行回顾性分析。对研究的20例病例都行螺旋CT平扫与双期增强扫描。结果CT扫描能够将有间质瘤的部位精准地发现,并且还能够观察肿瘤的形状、大小以及周围的器官、组织有无受到侵犯,同时还能初步判断出间质瘤的良恶性。肿瘤位于十二指肠3例,空回肠6例,胃6例,结直肠2例,腹膜后1例,肠系膜和网膜各1例。肿瘤大多数都是圆形和偏圆形。在这20例胃肠道间质瘤里恶性12例,肿瘤的直径都〉5cm,界限不清晰;良性肿瘤6例,直径都〈5cm,密度均匀,界限清晰。在较大的肿瘤中会出现囊变、出血和坏死,其密度不均匀,增强后也呈不均匀强化。交界性2例,直径4-5cm左右。结论胃肠道间质瘤在CT的检查下获得了较准确的诊断依据,也为肿瘤的手术切除和治疗方案提供了有利的信息。

Abstract:Objecfive To study the value of CT in the diagnosis of gaslrointestinal stromal tumor. Methods After the operation demonstrated 20 cases of gasa'ointestinal stromal tumor status and pathological features were compared and analysed. Results CT scan could be aecurately identify stromal tumor site, and also could test the stromal tumor shape, size and the surrounding subeutancous tissue had not threatened, but also could be detected in sa,mal tumor is good or bad and was in a free state. Ttanor formation in 3 cases in the duodenum, jejunum and ileum in 6 cases, 6 cases of stomach, 2 cases of colorectal cancer, 1 cases of retroperitoneal, mesenteric and omental respectively in 1 cases. In such tumors occur liquefaction, transfer and necrosis, the density was uneven, the enhanced was inhomogencous enhancement. Conclusion Gastrointeshnal sU-omal tumor in CT check obtains strong judgment ~ta, it also gives useful information for tumor resection operation and atter Ueaanent.
