5T磁共振检查在直肠癌诊断和术前分期中的作用分析

目的探讨5T磁共振检查在直肠癌诊断和术前分期中的作用。方法本次临床研究选择我院2011年1月至2012年12月之间收治的62例术后病理证实为直肠癌的患者为观察对象，所有患者均接受术前5T磁共振检查，回顾分析患者的临床诊断和术前分期结果。结果所有62例观察对象中，术前直肠癌诊断率为77．4％，T2期诊断率为88．71％，T3期诊断率为77．42％，T4其诊断率为88．71％，术前5T磁共振分期检查与术后病理分期检查结果对比无明显的统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论由本次临床研究结果可知，5T磁共振检查应用于直肠癌的术前诊断和分期判断，具有较高的临床应用价值。

the Analysis of the Role of Rectal Cancer Staging Diagnosis and Preoperative 5T Magnetic Resonance Imaging

Objective To explore the role in the staging of rectal cancer diagnosis and preoperative 5T magnetic resonance imaging. Method The clinical study of selection method from January to 2012 2011 in our hospital between December 62 cases of pathologically confirmed rectal cancer patients, all patients underwent preoperative 5T magnetic resonance examination, retrospective analysis of clinical diagnosis and preoperative staging results. Results All the 62 cases were observed in rectal cancer, preoperative diagnosis rate is 77.4%, the T2 diagnosis rate was 88.71%, the T3 diagnosis rate was 77.42%, the diagnostic rate of T4 was 88.71%, 5T preoperative magnetic resonance imaging staging examination with postoperative pathological examination results no statistically significant difference in contrast （P〉0.05） . Conclusion The clinical findings, 5T magnetic resonance imaging applied to colorectal cancer preoperative diagnosis and staging, it has high value in clinical application.
