右美托咪定和咪达唑仑辅助臂丛神经阻滞对循环呼吸功能的影响

目的本研究主要就咪达唑仑和右美托咪定辅助臂丛神经阻滞对循环呼吸功能的影响情况展开分析讨论。方法选择我院2012年6月至2013年6月所收治的80例行上肢手术患者作为研究对象，利用随机数字法将其均分成对照组与观察组，对照组的患者给予咪达唑仑来进行治疗，观察组患者给予右美托咪定来进行治疗。结果两组患者的镇静持续时间、效果，起效时间以及不良反应存在明显差异，具有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论在对行上肢手术的患者进行臂丛神经阻滞麻醉时，可安全应用右美托咪定来进行镇静治疗，其对患者呼吸循环的影响明显优于咪达唑仑。
