经鼻蝶显微切除垂体瘤的入路解剖与临床应用研究

目的分析经鼻蝶显微切除垂体瘤的临床应用效果。方法选取本院收治的垂体瘤患者48例为研究对象，根据接受的治疗方法不同将所有患者分为常规治疗的对照组24例及经鼻蝶显微切除治疗的观察组24例。比较两组患者接受手术后的肿瘤体积、肿瘤残留、激素下降情况之间的差异。结果观察组患者接受治疗后的肿瘤体积减小程度和内分泌激素下降的比例均明显大于对照组患者（P〈0．05）。结论经鼻蝶显微切除垂体瘤具有较高的肿瘤切除率，术后患者激素水平明显降低。

Endosnasal Transsphenoidal Approach Microscopic Resection Pituitary Adenoma in the Anatomy and Clinical Application Research

Objective To analysis the clinical application effect of endosnasal transsphenoidal approach microscopic resection Pituitary adenoma. Methods 48 patients with pituitary adenoma were divided into conventional treatment control group and observation group of nasal butterfly microscopic resection, compared two groups of patients after surgery, the tumor size, tumor residual, the difference between hormone decline situation. Result The observation group reduced the size of the tumor and endocrine hormone decline in the proportion of patients were significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion endosnasal transsphenoidal approach microscopic resection Pituitary adenoma has high tumor resection, postoperative patients with significantly lower hormone levels.
