苏州工业园35岁以上居民高血压危险因素调查

摘    要:目的了解和掌握苏州工业园区35岁以上人群的高血压病的危险因素。方法采用多级随机抽样的方法,对苏州工业园7个社区的13058人进行高血压流行病学调查和检查结果进行单因素和多因素logistic回归分析。结果苏州工业园区高血压的主要危险因素为高血压家庭史、年龄、BMI、饮酒、腰围、精神紧张、性格、WHR、性别、家庭经济收入(OR值由大到小)。结论除高血压家庭史、年龄、性别等不可控危险因素外,降低苏州工业园区高血压患病率,应着重超重肥胖、不良饮食和生活行为方式、家庭经济收入等方面的防控工作。

Abstract:Objective]To understand and master the risk factors for hypertension of people aged over 35 years in Suzhou Industrial Park.Methods]multi-stage random sampling method was adopted to conduct epidemiological investigation on 13 058 people in 7 communities of Suzhou Industrial Park.The results were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression.Results]The results of the logistic regression showed that family history of hypertension,age,BMI,alcohol consumption,waist circumference,mental stress,personality,WHR,sex,family income(descending ordered by OR value)were the dangerous factors of hypertension in Suzhou Industrial Park.Conclusion]Except for non-controllable risk factors,such as family history of hypertension,age,sex,the more important ways to reduce the prevalence rate of hypertension in Suzhou Industrial Park are to focus on overweight,obesity,unhealthy diet and life behavior,family income and so on.
