极晚发精神分裂症临床特征

目的探讨极晚发精神分裂症特点。方法对40例极晚发精神分裂症和随机抽取同期住院早发组、晚发组各40例的首发精神分裂症进行临床对照研究。结果极晚发组与早发组相比女性较多,感官缺陷多,文化程度低,病前婚姻、人际关系好,同住人口阔,临床症状以幻听、被害妄想、抑郁焦虑居多,残留阴性症状者少,疗效好,嫉妒妄想发生率为0;极晚发组与晚发组相比,除同住人口少,感官缺陷多,嫉妒妄想无外,无明显差异。结论三组精神分裂症可能属同源。

A Comparative sutdy of Clinical Features of very late onset schizophrenia

Objective To explore the differendes of very late onset schizophrenia from late onset and early onset schizophrenia.Method 40cases of schizopinrenia with first onset age after 60 were collected.In the same period in hospital,40cases of early onset group(age16-44 at first onset) and 40cases of late onset group(age45-59 at first onset) were rqndomly selected,very late onset group was compared with the other two groups.Results very late onset group,while contrasting with early group,is associated with a higher ratio of women and much sensory deficits.Better Personerships and marrital histories.Less education and cohabitant.More persecutory delusions and auditory hallucinations and worry and depression,less residual megative simptoms and a more favorable prognosis,without delusion of jealousy.There were no significant differences between very late onset group and late onset group except that very late patients showed less cohabitant and much sensory deficits and without delusion of jealousy.Condusion The three group patients might be homology.
