| 摘 要： | 目的总结半肝切除治疗区域性肝内胆管结石的效果。方法回顾性分析1993年1月至2005年11月间采用半肝切除术治疗34例肝内胆管结石的临床资料。结果左肝管结石22例(64.70%),右肝结石8例(23.52%),双侧肝管结石4例(11.76%);左半肝切除25例(73.53%),右半肝切除9例(26.47%),术后并发症6例(17.65%);无手术死亡。33例(97.1%)随访3个月至12年,总优良率为91.18%。结论半肝切除术是治疗肝内区域性胆管结石的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of hemihepatectomy for regional hepatolithiasis.Methods The clinical data of 34 patients with regional hepatolithiasis underwent hemihepatectomy in our hospital from Jan.1993 to Nov.2005 were retrospectively analyzed.Results 24(64.70%) were with hepatolithiasis in the left side,8(23.52%) in the right side,and 4(11.76%) on both sides.The cholelith 25 cases(73.53%) were treated with left hemihepatectomy,9(26.47%) with right hemihepatectomy,the most common complication is infection.And no operative mortality.The follow-up on 33 patients in period from three months to twelve years showed that 91.18% of patients with excellent results.Conclusions Hemihepatectomy is an effective procedure for regional hepatolithiasis. |
