腹腔镜与开放手术治疗输尿管上段结石的护理比较

目的:对比分析腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术与传统开放手术治疗输尿管上段结石的护理效果。方法:选取30例经后腹腔镜输尿管上段切开取石术的患者为观察组,32例传统开放手术治疗输尿管上段结石的患者为对照组,比较两组患者术后下床活动时间、术后肠功能恢复、术后引流量、平均住院时间和术后并发症等。结果:两组患者上述差异均有统计学意义(P0.01或P0.05)。结论:治疗输尿管上段结石经后腹腔镜输尿管上段切开取石术较传统开放手术相比,术后患者下床活动早、术后引流量少、住院时间短及并发症少。

Nursing comparison on patients underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy and traditional ureterolithotomy

Objective：To compare the nursing effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy and traditional ureterolithotomy.Methods：30 cases of upper ureteral calculus underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy were chosen as observation group.And 32 cases of upper ureteral calculus underwent traditional ureterolithotomy were chosen as control group.To compare the effect in the time for patients to get out of the bed,time of boewl movement,postoperative drainage,postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications between two groups.Results：There were significant differences in the time for patients to get out of the bed,time of boewl movement,postoperative drainage,postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications between observe group and control group（P0.01 or P0.05）.Conclusion：As a treatment in upper ureteral calculi,retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy has the advantages of less time for patients to get out of the bed,less time of boewl movement,less postoperative drainage,less postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications.
