| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨引起中老年女性感染人乳头瘤病毒 (HPV)的途径及尖锐湿疣 (CA)复发率高的因素。方法 将 5 0例 45岁以上中老年女性CA患者分为 2个治疗组 ,A组为 2 8例仅患CA的患者 ,B组为 2 2例合并其他疾病的CA患者 ,借助醋酸白试验 ,应用微波去除疣体后按月复查。结果 A组治疗共 13 2次 ,人均 4.71次 ;B组共 14 7次 ,人均 6.68次 (t =4.10 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 中老年女性易感染HPV ,家庭内传染及间接传染成为其主要来源 ,CA患者复发率高 ,尤以合并其他疾病者为著

| Abstract: | Objective To probe the possible ways and relative factors of infection of human papillomavirus (HPV) and high recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum(CA) in mid aged women.Methods 50 cases over 45 age women with CA were divided into two groups(A group:28 cases with CA only,B group:22 cases with CA complicated other diseases).By acetic acid whited test,the lesion was removed by microwave.Patients were followed up monthly then. Results A group was treated 132 times,4.71 times per case;B group 147 times,6.68 times per case( t=4.10,P <0.01).Conclusion Mid aged women are succeptibles of HPV,family infection and indirect infection are the main transmitted ways.CA complicated other diseases has higher recurrence rate. |
