112例多囊卵巢综合征性激素六项检查结果分析

目的 本研究通过分析多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）患者的性激素水平变化的规律,为妇科诊断和治疗POCS提供临床参考依据,为妇女健康保健检查范围和方法的提供参考.方法 采用化学发光免疫法对112例妇科门诊确诊的PCOS患者的血清进行性激素六项水平检测,同时对45例正常同年龄组妇女进行性激素六项检测,分析PCOS 患者促卵泡生成激素（FSH）,促黄体生成激素（LH）,睾酮（TEST）,催乳素（PRL）,雌二醇（E2）,孕酮（PROG）的变化规律.结果 本组研究PCOS患者以LH增高最多,占80.36%,其中 LH / FSH≥2占42.86%.TEST增高次之,占55.36%.有16.07%的患者PRL增高.E2和PROG与正常组无明显差异.本组PCOS高发病年龄在20~34岁占87.49%.结论 检测LH,FSH,TSH,PRL四项可提高PCOS的检出率,建议把这四项检测作为15～40岁妇女常规体检项目,以减少PCOS对妇女健康的危害.

Analysis of six sex hormone examination results of polycystic ovarian syndrome in 112 cases

Objective Through the analysis of the relation between polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） and sex hormone level variation, this study would provide clinical basis for gynecologic diagnosis and PCOS treatment and reference for scope and method of women＇s health care examination. Methods Using chemiluminescent immunoassay to take six sex hormone level of 112 PCOS patients diagnosed by gynecological clinic and the same tests on 45 cases of normal women with the same age, then analyze the variation pattern of FSH, LH, TEST, PRL, E2, PROG in PCOS patients. Results In PCOS patients, luteinizing hormone increased most accounting for 80.36%, among which LH / FSH≥2 accounted for 42.86%. Increased testosterone comes second accounting for 55.36% and PRL increased accounts for 16.07%. There were no significant difference in E2 and PROG. Women aged 20 to 45 were high risk ones for PCOS, accounting for 87.49%. Conclusion Since tests of LH, FSH, TSH, PRL could improve the detection rate of PCOS, it were suggested that these items should be listed as women＇ s health examinations （ aged from 15 to 40） to reduce the harm to women＇s health.
