| 摘 要： | 目的:观察甲氧氯普胺治疗肾绞痛的疗效。方法:对43例肾绞痛患者应用甲氧氯普胺0.4mg/kg,肌内注射。对照组41例用心痛定10mg,嚼碎含化。结果:甲氧氯普胺治疗肾绞痛的总有效率(86.0％)明显高于心痛定(75.6％)。结论:甲氧氯普胺治疗肾绞痛有效、安全。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of metoclopramide in the treatment of renal colic. METHODS:43 patients with renal colic were given metoclopramide 0. 4 mg/kg intramuscularly. 41 pationts acted as controls, were given isosorbide dinitrates 10 mg sublingually. RESULTS:The global response rate of metoclopramide(86. 0%) is significantly superior to isosorbide dinitrate(75. 6%). CONCLUSION:Metoclopramide is effective and safe in the treatment of renal colic. |
