三维补片在成人腹股沟疝腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术的临床应用

目的 探讨三维补片（UHS疝修补装置）在成人腹股沟疝腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术的临床应用.方法 回顾性分析本院2008年12月～2011年12月应用UHS疝修补装置治疗的248例成人腹股沟疝的临床资料.结果 手术时间为32～86 min,平均43 min,术后下床活动时间为8～16 h,住院3～7 d,平均4.8 d.11例（4.44%）发生手术相关并发症,其中3例（1.21%）出现切口脂肪液化,无一例发生切口感染、血清肿或血肿;5例（2.02%）出现阴囊积液.随访3～28个月,1例（0.40%）出现慢性疼痛;复发2例（0.81%）,均经二次手术后痊愈.结论 应用UHS行腹膜前间隙疝修补术安全、经济、有效,并发症少,复发率低.

Tri-dimension mesh for pre-peritoneal tension-free repair of inguinal hernia in adult

Objective To assess clinical application of the Ultrapro Hernia System(UHS) in patients with inguinal hernias underwent pre-peritoneal tension-free repairs.Methods Clinical data of 248 cases with inguinal hernia underwent pre-peritoneal tension-free repair with UHS mesh at our hospital from December 2008 to December 2011 were analyzed,retrospectively.Results The mean operating time was 43 minutes(rang 32 to 68),the mean hospital stay was 4.8 days(rang 3 to 7),off-bed activity in 8-16 hours.It identified that eleven(4.44%) operation-related complications in different patients.Three patients(1.21%) had incision fat necrosis.Wound infection,seroma or hematoma was not noticed in any patient.Five patients(2.02%) had scrotal effusion.After a follow up of 3-28 months,one patient(0.40%) had chronic pain and two patients(0.81%) had hernia recurrence in one year after surgery.Conclusion The repair of inguinal hernia with UHS is a safe,effective,economical and reproducible method,with low complication and recurrence rate.
