腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的疗效比较

目的比较分析腹腔镜下和传统开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床效果，探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床效果及应用价值。方法选择本院2009年2月-2011年10月收治入院的160例子宫肌瘤患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，根据手术方法不同分为两组，采用腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的80例患者为观察组，采用开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的80例患者作为对照组，并对两组临床疗效进行统计学分析。结果本文两组患者手术均获成功，观察组的术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间及住院天数均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组手术时间较对照组长，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组并发症发生率为1．25％，对照组为10．00％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术较传统开腹手术效果好，具有创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短，并发症少等优点．值得临床推广应用。

Comparison between laparoscopic and transabdominal uterine myomectomy

Objective To compare the clinical effects between laparoscopic and transabdominal uterine myomectomy,ana lyze the clinical efficacy and value of laparoscopic uterine myomectomy.Methods The clinical data of 160 cases of patients with uterine fibroids treated in our hospital from February 2009 to October 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods,80 cases of patients who were given laparo scopic uterine myomectomy treatment were the observation group,and 80 cases of patients who were given transabdominal uterine myomectomy treatment were the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically analyzed.Results In this study surgeries of the two groups were all successful.Intraoperative blood loss,postoperative anal exhaust time and length of hospital stay of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differ ences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);but the operative time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.25%,which was 10.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The operation effect of laparoscopic uterine myomectomy is better than the transabdominal uterine myomectomy,which has advan tages of less trauma,speedy recovery,short hospitalization time and few complications,is worthy of clinical application.
