速度向量成像技术评价肥胖者颈总动脉弹性的研究

摘    要:目的探讨速度向量成像(VVI)技术评价肥胖者颈总动脉(CCA)短轴方向管壁弹性的应用价值。方法选择健康志愿者30名,肥胖者40名,分别利用VVI技术分析右侧CCA管壁短轴方向二维图像上各节段的最大应变(Smax)以及最大应变率(SRmax),用以评价其血管壁弹性差异。结果与对照组相比,肥胖组颈总动脉IMT显著增厚,血管各壁的Smax、SRmax显著降低(P〈0.05),心率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 VVI技术可用于分析颈总动脉管壁弹性变化。VVI参数与IMT相结合利于全面评价颈总动脉的弹性状态。

Abstract:Objective To explore the elastic parameters of common carotid artery(CCA) wall in short-axis orientation of obesity patients with velocity vector imaging(VVI).Methods Thirty normal people and 40 obesity patients were selected.Two-dimensional dynamic images of CCA were acquired in short-axis view with color Doppler ultrasound.Elastic parameters were analyzed in right CCA in multiple segments.Comparison of these parameters between the two groups was performed as well.Results Compared with Control group,intima-media-thickness(IMT) in obesity group was significantly thickened as well as the strain and strain rate was significantly lower(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in heart rate(P > 0.05).Conclusion The elastic characteristics of the CCA wall can be analyzed by VVI technique.Combining parameters of VVI with IMT,the vascular wall elastic state can be assessed more comprehensively.
