我院2011年中药注射剂使用情况分析

目的 分析中药注射剂在本院的使用情况,为临床合理用药和科学管理提供参考.方法 对本院2011年中药注射剂的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日均费用（DDC）进行统计分析.结果 2011年本院共使用4大类30个品种的中药注射剂,以理血剂为主,其余依次为清热剂、补益剂、开窍剂.销售金额排序前3位的分别为注射用血栓通、舒血宁注射液和痰热清注射液;DDDs排序前3位的是注射用血栓通、舒血宁注射液和复方丹参注射液.药品经济效益与社会效益的同步性趋于合理.结论 中药注射剂的应用日益广泛,临床应加强辨证施治,重视合理用药.

Analysis of the utilization of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital in 2011

Objective To analyze the application status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) injections in our hospital,and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use and scientific management.Methods The utilization of TCM injections in our hospital in 2011 was analyzed statistically according to the comsumption sum,DDDs,and DDC.Results Four categories and 30 varieties of TCM injection were used in our hospital in 2011,which was dominated by the blood regulating preparations,and followed by the clearing heat preparation,tonic preparations and resuscitative preparations.Top 3 in the list of consumption sum were Xueshuantong injection,Shuxuetong injection and Tanreqing injection.Top 3 in the list of DDDs were Xueshuantong injection,Shuxuetong injection and compound danshen injection.Synchronization between economic benefits and social benefits tends to more reasonable.Conclusion The application of TCM injection is increasingly extensive.Diagnosis and treatment based on pathogenesis,differentiation of symptoms and signs should be strengthened in the clinic as well as rational drug use.
