| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宫腹腔镜在诊断和治疗不孕症中的价值。方法回顾性分析139例不孕症患者资料,患者均行宫腹腔镜检查,同时查找不孕症病因,进行相应的治疗。结果不孕症的病因是复杂的,宫腹腔镜检查及治疗后约45．3％患者术后妊娠,对于输卵管远端病变的治疗优于输卵管近端病变患者,具有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论宫腹腔镜检查是治疗不孕症的重要手段,并可以很好地评估预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Methods One hundred and thirty-nine cases of infertility patients in a retrospective study received dianosis and surgery with hysteroscapy plus laparoscopy,to make clear the cause of sterility and then select treament.Results 45.3% of patients with postoperative pregnancy,the treatment of tubal distal lesion was better than the proximal tubal for patients(P < 0.01).Conclusion The cause of sterility is complicated.Hysteroscapy and laparoscopy shows obvious advantages in diagnosing and treating infer tility.Combinination of them is an important method for treatment of infertility and the assessment of prognosis. |
