加温输液对老年患者舒适度改变的临床研究

目的探讨不同温度输液对患者舒适度及静脉炎发生率的影响。方法选择急诊输液室输液的老年患者（年龄60岁以上）150例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,实验组通过ET-TFI型加温器将冷的药液加温至36.5～37.0℃,对照组采用室温常规输液。结果与对照组相比,实验组患者明显感觉舒适,实验组静脉炎发生率较对照组明显降低。结论加温输液对血管刺激性小,患者明显感觉舒适,是一种可以在临床静脉输液中推广使用的技术。

The ameliorative effect of warmed-up infusion on elderly patients' degree of comfort

Objective To research the influence of infusion temperature on patients’ comfort degrees and phlebitis incidence. Methods One hundred and fifty cases of elderly patients above 60 years old from emergency room who needed the intravenous infusion were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The physic liquor in the experimental group was warmed up to 36.5-37.0℃ by a kind of warmer ET-TFI, while the control group employed the routine method to transfuse. Results Compared to the control group, patients in the experimental group feel significantly more comfortable (P < 0.05) and their phlebitis incidence was significantly decreased (P < 0.01). Conclusion Warmed-up infusion could relieve the stimulation to blood vessel and furthermore improve the patients’ comfort degree. Our research offers potent evidence for wide clinical application of the warmed-up infusion.
