改良他汀序贯疗法治疗急性心肌梗死的调脂疗效及安全性

目的探讨改良他汀序贯治疗急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者的调脂疗效及安全性。方法 112例确诊为AMI的住院患者,随机分为观察组（改良他汀序贯治疗组,58例）和对照组（口服阿托伐他汀20ng/d,54例）。检测入院24h内、4周、8周早晨空腹血脂,包括三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、肌酸激酶（CK）,观察药物不良反应。结果 （1）与对照组比较,应用改良他汀序贯治疗的AMI患者血TC、TG、LDL水平均降低（P〈0.05）。（2）与对照组比较,应用改良他汀序贯治疗的AMI患者血ALT、AST、CK水平无明显变化,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 （1）改良他汀序贯疗法治疗AMI患者调脂效果良好;（2）改良他汀序贯疗法治疗AMI患者安全性良好。

Efficacy and Safety of modified atorvastatin sequential therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of modified atorvastatin sequential therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Totally 112 cases who diagnosed as AMI were divided randomly into observe group(modified atorvastatin sequential therapy,n=58),and control group(atorvastatin routine therapy,20 mg/d,n=54),measuring the fasting lipid profiles(including TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),and alanine amiotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),creatine kinase (CK) within 24 hours,after 4 weeks and 8 weeks after AMI respectively,and observed the drug-side effects.Results Compared to the controlled group,the serum TC,LDL-C and TG in observe group were all reduced (P< 0.05),there were no significant difference of the serum AST,ALT and CK between the two groups (P> 0.05).Conclusion The modified atorvastatin sequential therapy is showed a better lipid-lowering efficiency,and is as safe as atorvastatin routinel therapy.
