天河区事业单位人群亚健康调查

目的 对天河区事业单位人群的亚健康状态进行调查,总结亚健康与治未病之间的关系.方法 以广州市天河区事业单位工作者1 058人为调查对象,采用自行设计的健康状态调查表开展问卷调查,并对不同年龄段的亚健康和健康人数进行对比.结果 收回有效问卷927份,统计总体亚健康的发生率为47.7%,其中年龄段在30～40岁者发生率最高,亚健康比例达81.2%.结论 中医治未病的理论和思想可以用来指导亚健康的临床辨认和干预.

Study on sub-health of people in institutions of Tianhe district

Objective To study on the sub-health of people in institutions of Tianhe district,and summarize the relationship of sub-health and preventive treatment of disease.Methods The workers of 1 058 cases in institutions of Tianhe district were selected as respondents,the specialized health status questionnaires were used to conduct the questionnaire survey,and a comparison of different ages about health and sub-health crowd was made.Results The 927 copies of the questionnaires were effective.Incidence of sub-health was 47.7%.The patients who were 30-40 years old had the highest incidence,the rate of sub-health was 81.2%.Conclusion The theory and thought of the prevention of traditional Chinese medicine can be used in prevention and treatment of sub-health.
