| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨进展期胃癌的外科手术治疗方法及疗效.方法 回顾性分析2001年3月～2009年2月在本科行外科手术治疗的97例进展期胃癌患者的临床资料.结果 本组无手术死亡病例,术后并发症发生率为16.5%（16/97）;1、2、3年生存率分别为84.5%（82/97）、52.6%（51/97）、41.2%（40/97）.结论 合理的术式选择结合术后辅助化疗,对提高进展期胃癌生存率具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the method and effect of surgery for advanced gastric cancer.Mehtods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of undergraduate course of surgical operations for 97 cases with advanced gastric cancer from March 2001 to February 2009.Results There were no operative deaths,the postopetative complication rate was 16.5%(16/97).The surcical rates of 1,2 and 3 years were 84.5%(82/97),52.6%(51/97) and 41.2%(40/97).Conclution Reasonable choices combined with surgical postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy,to improve the survival rate of progress gastric cancer is important. |
