摘    要:目的 探讨血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)的检测在诊断早期肾功能损害中的应用价值.方法 将253例肾损害疾病患者根据肌酐清除率(Ccr)测量值大小分为肾功能正常组(A组)、肾功能轻度损害组(B组)、肾功能中度损害组(C组)、重度损害及尿毒症组(D组)4组,选取60名作为健康对照组,用颗粒增强散射免疫法检测血清Cys-C的浓度,同时用酶法检测血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐清除率(Ccr),并对各组血清Cys-C、Scr和BUN进行分析比较.结果 肾病患者中肾功能正常组(A组)和肾功能轻度损害组(B组)仅Cys-C与健康对照组差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01),而在肾功能中度损害组(C组)、重度损害及尿毒症组(D组)的Cys-C、Scr和BUN均与健康对照组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01或P〈0.05).结论 血清Cys-C是肾功能早期损害的灵敏诊断指标,可早期判断肾小球滤过功能损害.

The checking worthiness of the blood Cystatin- C in the early renal function damage

Abstract:Objective To discuss the using worthiness of the blood Cystatin-C(Cys-C) checking in the early kidney damage.Methods Two hundred and fifty three patients were chosen and were divided into renal function normal group(Group A),mild kidney damage group(Group B),moderate kidney damage group(Group C) and serious kidney damage group(Group D) 4 groups according to the creatinine clearance rate,60 cases were chosen in the control group,the chroma of Cys-C was checked using grain enhancement scattering immunifaction,at the same time,the serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and creatinine clearance rate(Ccr) were checked using the enzymic method,and then the blood Cys-C、Scr and BUN in each group were compared and analyzed.Results In the kidney damage patients,renal function normal group(Group A) and mild kidney damage group(Group B),only Cys-C had statistical significance with the health group(P < 0.01),and the Cys-C,Scr and BUN in the moderate kidney damage group(Group C) and serious kidney damage group(Group D) had statistical significance with the health group(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).Conclusion The blood Cys-C is an acute diagnosticate index in the early kidney damage,can estimate glomerular filtration function damage early.
