莫沙必利联合复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗功能性消化不良临床观察

目的观察莫沙必利与复方阿嗪米特联合使用对功能性消化不良症状的临床疗效。方法将212例门诊就诊的功能性消化不良患者纳入本研究,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组各106例。治疗组106例,口服盐酸莫沙必利5mg/次,每日3次,加复方阿嗪米特肠溶片2片/次,每日3次,餐前30min服用。对照组106例,口服莫沙必利5mg/次,每日3次,餐前30min服用。疗程均为4周,治疗期间每周复诊1次,采用临床症状积分法观察各组患者食欲不振、腹胀、腹痛、嗳气、恶心、腹泻、便秘等症状改善程度。结果治疗4周后两组患者食欲不振、腹胀、腹痛、嗳气、恶心、腹泻、便秘等常见的临床症状积分均低于治疗前,治疗组临床症状积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组显效率、总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗过程中各组未观察到严重的药物相关性不良反应。结论莫沙必利联合复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效肯定,明显优于单独使用莫沙必利。

Clinical observation on Mosapride combined with Compound Azintamide in treatment of functional dyspepsia.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Mosapride combined with Compound Azintamide in treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods Two hundred and twelve cases of patients in clinic with functional dyspepsia were enrolled in this study.The treatment group(n = 106) was given Mosapride 30 min before meal,with the dose of 5 mg one time,3 times a day;and also given the Compound Azintamide entericcoated tablets,2 tablets one time,3 times a day.The control group(n = 106) was given Mosapride 30 min before meal,with the dose of 5 mg one time,3 times a day.The treatment was given for four weeks.Subsequent visit was done weekly for 1 time during the treatment period.The symptoms improve degree of anorexia,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,gas,nausea,diarrhea and constipation were observed in two groups by clinical symptoms of integral method.Results After treatment for 4 weeks,the clinical symptoms scores of anorexia,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,gas,nausea,diarrhea and constipation in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment.The clinical symptoms scores in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group,with statistical significance difference(P < 0.05).The significant efficiency and the total effective rate in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group,with statistical significance difference(P < 0.05).There was no serious drug-related adverse reaction occurred during the treatment.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Mosapride combined with Compound Azintamide entericcoated tablets in treatment of functional dyspepsia is sure,which is better than Mosapride used alone.
