皮层下缺血眭小血管病变对额叶执行功能影响的研究

目的探讨皮层下缺血性小血管病变对额叶执行功能的影响。方法随机选取32例皮层下缺血性小血管病变患者为试验组，20例健康老年人为对照组，两组均通过完成词汇流畅性试验（verbal fluency test，VFT）、图形流畅性试验（figure fluency test，FFT）来反映额叶执行功能。统计学分析比较两组成绩差异。结果试验组和对照组的词汇流畅性试验、图形流畅性试验成绩均差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），其中皮层下缺血性小血管病变患者的正确数明显少于健康老人组（P〈0．05）。结论皮层下缺血性小血管病变可导致额叶执行功能下降，是引起血管性认知功能障碍的重要因素。

The study of frontal executive function with the patients of subcortical small vessel ischemic of impact

Objective To study the frontal executive function of the subcortical ischemic small vascular lesions.Methods Thrity-two patients with subcortical ischemic small vascular lesions randomly selected as the experimental group,20 cases of the healthy elderly people as the control group.The frontal executive function of both groups were reflected by the Ver bal fluency test(VFT) and the Figure fluency test(FFT).Statistical analyzed of all the performance was compared between the two groups.Results There was a significant difference in VFT and FFT between experimental group and control group(P < 0.05).The scores of patients with subcortical ischemic small vascular were significantly poorer than those of the con trol group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Subcortical ischemic small vascular lesion,which can impair the frontal executive func tion,is an important factor of vascular cognitive impairment.
