支气管动脉化疗加栓塞治疗中晚期肺癌疗效探讨

目的探讨支气管动脉化疗加栓塞治疗中晚期肺癌中的疗效。方法本院2009年3月～2011年3月对28例中晚期肺癌进行支气管动脉化疗加栓塞治疗,并跟踪随访。结果本组4例完全有效（CR,14.29%）,18例部分缓解（PR,64.29%）,4例好转（MR＋SD,14.28%）,2例病变进展（PD,7.14%）,有效率（CR＋PR）为78.57%。结论支气管动脉化疗加栓塞治疗中晚期肺癌疗效可靠,创伤小,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Curative effect discussion of bronchial arterial chemotherapy combined with embolism in the treatment of middle-late stage lung cancer

Objective To explore the curative effect of bronchial arterial chemotherapy combined with embolism in the treatment of middle-late stage lung cancer.Methods Twenty eight cases of patients with middle-late stage lung cancer in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2011 were treated with bronchial arterial chemotherapy combined with embolism,and all cases were followed up.Results Among all patients,4 cases(14.29%) were complete remission(CR),18 cases(64.29%) were partial remission(PR),4 cases(14.29%) were improvement(MR+SD),2 cases(7.14%) were progression(PD),and the effective rate(CR+PR) was 78.57%.Conclusion The efficacy of bronchial arterial chemotherapy combined with embolism in the treatment of middle-late stage lung cancer is reliable,the trauma is small,and the safety is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
