摘 要: | 目的研究分析经皮肾镜气压弹道超声碎石术在肾结石治疗中的效果和安全性。方法将2009年3月~2012年1月于本院进行治疗的86例肾结石患者随机分为对照组(经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术组)和观察组(经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术)每组各43例,然后将两组患者手术情况、一期结石清除率、并发症发生情况及术前、术后7d的SF-36评分进行评估及对比。结果观察组一期结石清除率、并发症发生率、术中情况均优于对照组,术后的SF-36评分各维度评分均高于对照组,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论经皮肾镜气压弹道超声碎石术在肾结石治疗中的效果和安全性均更好,患者可较早地达到较好的生存质量。

Abstract: | Objective To study and analyze the effect and safety of pneumatic and ultrasonic lithotripsy by percutaneous nephroscope in the patients with renal calculi.Methods Eighty six patients with renal calculi in our hospital from March 2009 to January 2012 were randomly divided into control group(pneumatic lithotripsy by percutaneous nephroscope group) and observation group(pneumatic and ultrasonic lithotripsy by percutaneous nephroscope group)with 43 cases in each group,then the operation situation,stone clearance rate at one-stage,situation of complications and SF-36 score before and after the operation at seventh day of two groups were evaluated and compared.Results The operation situation,stone clearance rate at one-stage,situation of complications of observation group were all better than those of control group,SF-36 score after the operation were all higher than those of control group,P < 0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion The effect and safety of pneumatic and ultrasonic lithotripsy by percutaneous nephroscope in the patients with renal calculi is better,and it can effectively improve the quality of life early. |
