| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑损伤意识障碍患者的康复治疗。方法包括完善基础护理,药物治疗,继发性脑积水的管理,阻碍意识恢复药物的调整,高压氧治疗,感觉刺激。结果经过2个月的综合康复治疗,50例意识障碍患者共有29例患者转为清醒,治疗前后意识状态差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对阻碍意识恢复不利因素的正确管理、防止可能出现的并发症是患者康复的重要内容。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the rehabilitation therapy of brain damage patients with disorder of consciousness. Methods Included prefecting the basic nursing, medication, management of the secondary hydrocephalus, adjustment of impeding consciousness recovery medication, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, sensory stimulation. Results After 2 months of complex rehabilitation treated, 29 cases regained consciousness in 50 cases with disorder of consciousness, differences of consciousness state with statistical significance before and after the treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion Correctly manage the adverse factors of impeding consciousness recovery and avoid possible complications is the important content of patients′ rehabilitation. |
