白茅根挥发油的气相色谱-质谱联用分析

摘    要:目的研究白茅根挥发油中的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取白茅根中的挥发油,运用气相色谱-质谱法对其进行分析,结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行鉴定,并采用面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。结果从白茅根中共分离得到12个成分,经计算机谱库检索鉴定了10个化合物的化学结构,占挥发油总量的99.71%。其中相对含量较高的是亚油酸(44.99%)、棕榈酸(35.23%)、顺-7-十四烯醛(13.82%)。结论该方法简便快速、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于白茅根挥发性成分的分析。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of the essential oils from Imperata cylindrical(L.) Beauv.var.major(Nees) C.E.Hubb..Methods The essential oils from Imperata cylindrical(L.) Beauv.var.major(Nees) C.E.Hubb.were extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The constituents were identified by computer retrieval and the relative content of each constituent was determined by area normalization method.Results Twelve compounds were separated and analyzed,10 of them amounting for 99.71% of the total content were identified.The major constituents were Linoleic acid(44.99%),Palmitic acid(55.23%),7-Tetradecenal,(Z)-(13.82%).Conclusion The method is rapid,high sensitivity,good reproducibility,and suitable for analysis of the essential oils from Imperata cylindrical(L.) Beauv.var.major(Nees) C.E.Hubb..
