奥美沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压疗效观察

目的探讨分析奥美沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的疗效。方法将本院2006年1月～2011年1月112例原发性高血压患者平均分成两组,观察组予以奥美沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗,对照组予以卡多普利联合氢氯噻嗪治疗,治疗2个月后从血压控制情况、不良反应分析比较其不同疗效。结果观察组的总有效率为92.9%,不良反应率为1.7%;对照组的总有效率为71.5%,不良反应率为21.4%;两组之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论奥美沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压安全有效,不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广运用。

Curative effects observation of Olmesartan joint amlodipine in treatment of primary hypertension

Objective To study the curative effect of Olmesartan joint amlodipine in treatment of primary hypertension. Methods One hundred and twelve cases of primary hypertension patients in our hospital from January 2006 to January 2011 were divided into two groups, the observation group were given Olmesartan jointed amlodipine, the control group were given Kaduopuli jointed hydrochlorothiazide, blood pressure and adverse reactions were analyzed after 2 months treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.9%, and the adverse reaction rate was 1.7%; the total effective rate of the control group was 71.5%, adverse reaction rate was 21.4%; the difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Olmesartan joint amlodipine in treatment of primary hypertension is safe and effective, adverse reactions rate is low, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
