代谢综合征对轻中度高血压患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度影响

目的对比轻中度高血压伴或不伴代谢综合征对颈动脉厚度的影响。方法 40例轻中度高血压伴胰岛素抵抗患者及38例轻中度高血压不伴胰岛素抵抗患者,观察两组患者治疗前血压、血脂三项、年龄、体质指数、高Lp（a）例数、颈动脉内膜中层厚度等相关数据。结果轻中度高血压伴胰岛素抵抗（IR）患者较对照组在发病年龄、血三酰甘油水平、高Lp（a）例数、颈动脉内膜中层厚度上差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.001）,在体质指数上差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论胰岛素抵抗、高Lp（a）、血脂异常、高血压可能共同参与动脉粥样硬化过程,在治疗中除降低血压,还要改善血脂、胰岛素抵抗、高Lp（a）水平、体质指数情况,预防动脉硬化引起并发症。

The influence of metabolic syndrome patients with high blood pressure to mild-moderate donor carotid intima-media thickness

Objective To compare thickness of carotid arteries in mild to moderate hypertensive patients with and without metabolic syndrome.Methods Forty patients with mild-to-moderate high blood pressure with insulin resistance and 38 cases of patients with mild-to-moderate hypertension didn’t with insulin resistance patients.The pre-treatment blood pressures,lipid profile,age,body mass index,number of patients with high Lp(a),carotid intima-media thickness and related data were observed.Results Mild-to-moderate high blood pressure with insulin resistance(IR) patients than the control group in the age of onset,blood three bmi glycerin level,high Lp(a) number,carotid intima-media thickness,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05 or P < 0.001),in body mass index the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion Insulin resistance,high Lp(a),abnormal blood lipid level,high blood pressure may participate in the process of atherosclerosis together.Apart from control of blood pressure,improvement in lipid level,insulin resistance,Lp(a) level and body mass index are necessary in order to prevent complication of atherosclerosis.
