RP-HPLC法测定血竭骨刺康胶囊中血竭素的含量

目的建立测定血竭骨刺康胶囊中血竭素含量的方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法。色谱柱为kromasilCls（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相：乙腈（A）-0．05mol／L磷酸二氢钾（B），梯度洗脱（0-20min35％-60％A），流速1．0mL／min，检测波长为440am，柱温：30％。结果血竭素高氯酸盐在0．408-2．040μg内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，相关系数为0．9998；平均回收率为96．5％，RSD=1．3（n=5）。结论本方法可用于血竭骨刺康胶囊的质量控制。

Determination of Dracorhodin in Xuejiegucikang Capsules by RP-HPLC

Objective To establish the method about determination of Dracorhodin in Xuejiegucikang Capsules.Methods RP-HPLC method was used.The chromatographic column was kromasil C 18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),mobile phase:acetonitrile(A)-0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate(B).Gradient elution(0 to 20 min 35%-60% A),velocity 1.0 mL/min,detected wavelength was 440 nm.The column temperature:30℃.Results Dracorhodin perchlorate in 0.408-2.040 μg and peak area showed a good linear relationship,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8;the average recovery was 96.5%,RSD = 1.3(n = 5).Conclusion This method can be used for the quality control of Dracorhodin in Xuejiegucikang Capsules.
