摘    要:目的比较脉冲式封管与普通式封管对于颈内静脉置管封管后再次应用时输液通畅的效果。方法观察组用10mL稀释肝素液(50U/mL)脉冲式封管,每次静脉推注0.2mL,暂停1s,再推注0.2mL,如此反复推注至完成封管。对照组用10mL稀释肝素液(50U/mL)缓慢静脉推注封管。两组在封管时均采用边推注封管液边退针的正压封管,将活塞夹闭在颈内静脉置管的近端。比较两组封管后输液通畅的效果。结果两组封管效果,观察组颈内静脉置管针的堵管发生率远远小于对照组,且输液速度快于对照组。结论脉冲式封管对保护颈内静脉置管在输液中的应用效果明显好于普通式封管。

Abstract:Objective To compare the effect of the patency of subsequent transfusion after two internal jugular vein tube indwelling sealing solution methods between pulsed sealing and general formula.Methods In the observation group,the tube was blocked completely by 10 mL diluted heparin(50 U/mL) by 0.2 mL intravenous injecting each time after 1 second intermittent.In the control group,the tube was blocked by the same liquid by intravenous injecting slowly.All internal jugular vein were sealed with positive pressure by intravenous injecting the liquid meanwhile receding needle,clamped the piston at the proximal end of the internal jugular vein tube indwelling.Compared the effect of the patency of two methods.Results In the observation group,the incidence rate of blocking tube was lower than the control group,and the infusion speed was faster than the control group.Conclsion The protection infusion effect for internal jugular vein tube indwelling in the pulsed sealing group is better than that in the general formula group.
