后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术并发症发生的原因分析及护理干预

目的 探讨后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术的常见并发症及其护理干预.方法 选择28例采用后腹腔镜切除术治疗的肾上腺肿瘤患者（对照组）,对其临床资料及手术记录进行回顾性分析,找出并发症的发生原因;并选取32例肾上腺肿瘤患者采用同一术式治疗（观察组）,采用改进的针对性护理干预,对两组患者的并发症发生率进行比较及统计学分析,观察组间是否存在显著性差异.结果 观察组出血、肾上腺危象、皮下气肿、高碳酸血症和低张性休克等并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术存在一定的并发症发生率,但通过完善术前准备,加强护理干预,可以显著降低并发症的风险,从而提升手术的成功率.

Cause analysis of retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy complications and its nursing intervention

Objective To discuss the common complications of retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy and its nursing intervention.Methods The clinical data and operative notes of 28 cases of patients who were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy(control group) were chosen and analyzed retrospectively,and the causes of complications were found.32 cases of patients with adrenal neoplasm who were treated with the same operation(observation group) were adopted modified specific nursing intervention.The incidence of complications of the two groups was compared and statistically analyzed,and the significant difference of the two groups was observed.Results The incidence of bleeding,adrenal crisis,pneumoderm,hypercapnia,hypovolemic shock and other complications of the observation group was significant lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy has certain incidence of complications,through the perfect preoperative preparation,strengthening of nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of complications and enhance the success rate of operation.
