脂联素及血脂变化对于子痫前期患者的临床意义

目的 探讨脂联素及血脂在子痫前期患者血清中的变化,并评价其临床意义.方法 对2009年10月～2011年10月在本院妇产科进行治疗的52例子痫前期患者（轻度28例,重度24例）,同时以同期在本院进行体检的50名健康妊娠期孕妇为正常对照组,采用放射免疫吸附法检测子痫前期患者及正常对照者血清中的脂联素（APN）含量,应用全自动生化仪检测两组受试者血清中的总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）和高密度脂蛋白（HDL）含量,并比较两组间的差异.结果 子痫前期患者血清中的APN、LDL及HDL的水平明显低于健康对照组,而TG的水平明显高于健康对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义（P 〈 0.05）;重度子痫前期患者的APN及HDL的水平明显低于轻度子痫组患者,两组间差异具有统计学意义（P 〈 0.05）;子痫患者血清中APN含量与产妇的孕周及TG的水平呈现负相关（r分别为-0.51和-0.89,P 〈 0.05）.结论 子痫前期患者血清中APN含量降低,TG含量升高等可能与子痫前期发生有关,APN含量可以反映子痫患者的疾病严重程度.

Clinical significance of adiponectin and lipoproteins in preeclampsia patients

Objective To investigate the levels of adiponectin(APN) and lipoproteins in the late pregnancy women with preeclampsia(PE),and to evaluate the clinical value.Methods There were 52 patients with PE and 50 healthy pregnant women,APN、TC、TG、LDL and HDL levels of serum in PE patients and healthy pregnant women were detected by Radioimmunosorbent.Results The serum APN,LDL and HDL of PE patients were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).The serum TG of PE patients were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05);The levels of APN and gestational weeks,TG levels were negative correlated in PE group(r =-0.51,-0.89,P < 0.05).Conclusion Lower levels of APN and disturbance of lipid metabolism in late pregnancy might be associated with the pathogenesis of PE patients.
