| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骨科护理风险因素及风险管理对策。方法对本院骨科护士进行满意度调查,分析护理风险因素,找出风险管理对策并加以实施,对比风险管理对策实施前后的满意度结果。结果风险管理对策实施前的满意度为（80.0±3.5）分,风险管理对策实施后的满意度为（95.0±4.6）分,与实施前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论骨科护理风险管理对策的实施能明显地消除护理的不安全性,不断提高护理质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss nursing risk factors and risk management in orthopedics.Methods The satisfaction of nurses in orthopedics was surveyed.Nursing risk factors were discussed,and the risk management strategies were found out and implemented.The degree of satisfaction before and after was compared.Results The degree of satisfaction was(80.0±3.5) scores before implemented risk management strategies,the degree of satisfaction was(95.0±4.6) scores after implemented risk management strategies.The difference between two groups had statistical significance(P < 0.01).Conclusion It can obviously increase security of nursing and continuously improve the quality of nursing after implemented risk management strategies. |
