摘    要:目的探讨以病例为基础的学习(case based learning,CBL)模式在肾脏病学临床见习教学中的组织与实施。方法选取2009级临床医学本科学生692名,采用CBL教学法进行肾脏病学临床见习教学,课后对学生进行作业和重点、难点的考核以及问卷调查以评价教学效果。结果学生病历书写格式规范、内容齐全,考核成绩良好,多数学生认为CBL教学法的教学效果很好。结论在肾脏病学见习教学中应用CBL教学模式能够培养医学生综合素质,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the organization and implementation of case based learning(CBL) model in nephrology clinical probation teaching.Methods Selected 692 students of clinical medicine undergraduate,used the CBL teaching method in nephrology clinical probation teaching,evaluated the teaching effectiveness by students homework and key,difficulty assessment and questionnaire after class.Results Students records format and content were completely,evaluation results were good.Most of the students thought that teaching effect of CBL method was very good.Conclusion The application of CBL model in nephrology practice teaching can cultivate medical students’ comprehensive quality,is worthy of popularization and application.
