| 摘 要： | 目的 观察无创呼吸机在急性左心衰竭中的应用效果.方法 将47例急性左心衰竭患者随机分为治疗组及对照组.治疗组在常规治疗同时接受双水平无创正压通气辅助呼吸,观察治疗前、后1 h的临床症状、动脉血气分析参数、血压、心率、呼吸频率,并与对照组进行比较.结果 治疗组治疗后1 h的RR、HR、PaO2、SaO2均较对照组明显改善（P 〈 0.05）,治疗组有效率高于对照组（P 〈 0.05）.结论 在急性左心衰竭患者中早期使用无创正压通气可快速减轻临床症状,是一种有效的辅助治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of non-invasive ventilator in acute left heart failure.Methods Forty-seven patients with acute left heart failure were divided into two groups at random.The patients were treated with bi-level positive airway pressure(BiPAP) non-invasive ventilation in addition to conventional treatment in therapy group and with conventional treatment in control group.The clinical symptoms,ABG,blood pressure,heart rate and RR were observed and compared before and after treatment for 1 h.Results In therapy group,the clinical symptoms,RR,HR,PaO2 and SaO2 were improved significantly after treatment for 1 h(P < 0.05).Efficiency rate of therapy group was higher than that of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion BiPaP non-invasive ventilation is an effective way for treating the acute left heart failure. |
