参苓白术散治疗慢性肠炎的临床疗效观察

目的 观察参苓白术散治疗慢性肠炎的临床疗效.方法 将2010年1月～2011年12月在本院接受治疗的慢性肠炎患者224例随机分成中药治疗组和西药治疗组,观察两组临床疗效.结果 中药治疗组的治疗总有效率为87.50%,半年复发率为2.68%;西药治疗组的治疗总有效率为75.89%,半年复发率为67.86%;组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 参苓白术散治疗慢性肠炎,疗效显著,复发率低,能够彻底根除慢性肠炎.

Clinical observation of the efficacy of Shenling Baizhu Powder on treatment of chronic enteritis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the Shenling Baizhu Powder on treatment of chronic enteritis.Methods Two hundred and twenty patients with chronic enteritis in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate in the Chinese medicine treatment group was 87.50% and recurrence rate in half a year was 2.68%.The total effective rate in the western medicine group was 75.89% and recurrence rate in half a year was 67.86%.There was significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion Shenling Baizhu Powder on treatment of chronic enteritis has a significant effect and low recurrence rate.It can completely eradicate the chronic enteritis.
