依匹斯汀联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

目的观察依匹斯汀片联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及安全性。方法 146例患者随机分成两组。治疗组74例,服用依匹斯汀片10mg,1次/d,并加服复方甘草酸苷胶囊150mg,3次/d;对照组72例,服用依匹斯汀片10mg,1次/d。两组患者均连续服4周后比较临床疗效。结果治疗组有效率为94.59%,对照组有效率为69.44%。两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论依匹斯汀联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗慢性荨麻疹的有效率高于单纯口服依匹斯汀,且安全性高。

Clinical observation on treating chronic urticaria with epinastine and compound glycyrrhizin capsule

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of epinastine combined with compound glycyrrhizin capsule for treating chronic urticaria.Methods One handred and forty-six patients were divided into 2 groups randomly.74 patients in treatment group took epinastine for oral administration 10 mg once a day and compound glycyrrhizin capsule 150 mg once and thrice daily;72 patients in control group took Epinastine 10 mg once a day,and two groups were all treated continuously for 4 weeks.The efficacy was judged by the level of itching and the lesion area.Results The effective rates were 94.59% in the treatment group,69.44% in the control group.Treatment group was significantly better than that of the control groups (P< 0.05).Conclusion The epinastine combined with compound glycyrrhizin capsule in the treatment on chronic urticaria is more effective than the epinastine and safe.
