人工流产术后即时放置宫内节育环80例临床观察

摘    要:目的 探讨人工流产术后即时放置宫内节育环的临床效果.方法 将要求人工流产术中即时放环的早孕患者80例作为观察组,单纯人工流产患者80例作为对照组,比较两组人工流产后阴道流血量、月经恢复情况及有无感染等.结果 人工流产后出血量观察组平均为(30.00±5.57) mL,对照组平均为(29.43±5.55) mL,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05),月经恢复观察组26~50 d,平均(30.0±5.5) d;对照组为25~48 d,平均(30.0±5.7) d,两组均无感染病例.结论 人工流产术后即时放环,不增加术后出血量,不改变月经周期,未增加感染率,可以减少人工流产恢复后放环二次宫腔操作的痛苦,患者乐于接受.

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effects of immediately laid IUD after abortion.Methods To select 80 cases of abortion patients who required to put the IUD immediately as the observation group,80 cases of the abortion patients as the control group,The vaginal bleeding,menstrual recovery and the presence of infection of two groups were compared.Results The average amount of vaginal bleeding was(30.00±5.57) mL in the observe group,it was(29.43 ± 5.55) mL in the control group,the difference was no significant(P > 0.05).Menstrual cycle recovery time of observation group was 26-50 days,average of(30.0±5.5)days;that of control group was 25-48 days,averagee of(30.0±5.7) days,there was no case of infection in two groups.Conclusion Putting IUD immediately after abortion does not increase postoperative bleeding,change the menstrual cycle,increase in infection rates,and it can reduce the pain of the second uterine operation,patients are willing to accept.
