黄芪注射液与注射用灯盏花素联合治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效观察

目的探讨黄芪注射液与注射用灯盏花素联合治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法选择本院2009年7月～2011年12月住院治疗的糖尿病肾病患者73例,分为对照组与观察组。对照组在常规治疗基础上加用黄芪注射液,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用黄芪注射液与注射用灯盏花素联合治疗,均治疗1个月。观察治疗前后两组患者尿清蛋白排泄率（UAER）、血尿素氮（BUN）、血清肌酐（Scr）、血糖（FBG）的变化。结果两组患者治疗后UAER、BUN、Scr、FBG均较治疗前显著下降,观察组治疗后UAER、BUN、Scr明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后FBG差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。对照组轻度头昏1例,观察组无不良反应发生,两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论黄芪注射液与注射用灯盏花素联合治疗糖尿病肾病疗效明显,可显著改善肾功能。

Clinical observation on the treatment for diabetic nephropathy by astragalus injection combined with breviscapine injection

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of astragalus injection combined with breviscapine injection on diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods Seventy three patients with DN were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given astragalus injection based on conventional therapy. The observation group was treated with astragalus injection combined with breviscapine injection based on conventional therapy. All patients were treated for one month. The urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr) and fast blood glucose (FBG) were observed. Results The levels of UAER , BUN, Scr and FBG after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups (P < 0.05). The levels of UAER , BUN and Scr of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. There was no significant difference of the FBG and complication rate between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclution Astragalus injection combined with breviscapine injection is effective in treating diabetic nephropathy, which can improve kidney function.
