奥曲肽治疗肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张出血的疗效观察

目的研究奥曲肽治疗肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张出血的临床效果。方法将80例肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张出血患者随机分成两组,观察组42例应用奥曲肽＋注射用血凝酶＋质子泵抑制剂＋凝血酶＋云南白药止血治疗,对照组38例应用垂体后叶素＋注射用血凝酶＋质子泵抑制剂＋凝血酶＋云南白药止血治疗,对两组3d后的止血率进行观察。结果观察组止血率为92.85%,对照组为78.94%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论奥曲肽治疗肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张出血3d后止血率高,且无明显不良反应,宜早期临床应用。

Efficacy observation of Octreotide in the treatment of liver cirrhosis and esophageal stomach variceal bleeding

Objective To study the clinical effect of Octreotide in the treatment of liver cirrhosis and esophageal stomach variceal bleeding.Methods Eighty patients with liver cirrhosis and esophageal stomach variceal bleeding were divided into two groups,42 cases of the observation group were given Octreotide+Reptilase+Proton Pump Inhibitors+Thrombin+Yunnan Baiyao,38 cases of the contrast group were given the Pituitrin+Reptilase+Proton Pump Inhibitors+Thrombin+Yunnan Baiyao.The hemostatic rates of two groups after three days of treatment were observed.Results The hemostatic rates of Octreotide group was 92.85%,the pituitary group was 78.94%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion Octreotide in the treatment of liver cirrhosis and esophageal stomach variceal bleeding has a high hemostatic rate,which is without unhealthy reaction,and should be early in clinical application.
