产后尿潴留护理干预效果观察

目的 观察并探讨护理干预对于产妇产后尿潴留的预防效果.方法 选取本院产科2010年1月~ 2011年8月经阴道分娩产妇187例,随机分为两组,其中,对照组94例,实施常规护理干预;干预组93例,在对照组护理基础上,实施尿潴留预防护理干预;比较两组产妇导尿率、尿潴留发生率以及平均首次排尿时间等.结果 对照组产妇中产后导尿率为10.6%,产后尿潴留发生率为19.1%;干预组产妇中产后导尿率为2.1%,产后尿潴留发生率为5.4%;干预组产妇产后导尿率、尿潴留发生率均明显低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）;干预组产妇平均首次排尿时间明显少于对照组,组间比较差异亦有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）.结论 科学系统的尿潴留预防护理干预能够有效提高产妇产后自然排尿率,缩短首次排尿时间,具有临床推广使用价值.

The observation of nursing intervention effect of postpartum urinary retention

Objective To observe and investigate nursing intervention for postpartum urinary reservoir remain a preventive effect.Methods One hundred and eighty seven cases of maternal with vaginal delivery in my hospital obstetric from January 2010 to August 2011,were randomly divided into two groups,control group of 94 cases,the implementation of routine care intervention;intervention group of 93 cases,in care on the basis of the control group,implementation of the urinary retention preventive care intervention;compared two sets of maternal catheterization rate,incidence of urinary retention and the average for the first urination time.Results The control group maternal’s postpartum catheterization rate was 10.6%,19.1% incidence of postpartum urinary retention;in the intervention group maternal’s postpartum catheterization rate was 2.1%,postpartum urinary retention was 5.4%;intervention group postpartum catheterization rate,the incidence of urinary retention rate was significantly lower than the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05);average first voiding time of intervention groups was significantly less than the control group,the difference between groups was also significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The scientific system of urinary retention and preventive care intervention to improve postpartum natural voiding rate,shorten the time for the first time urination,with the value of clinical use.
