48例急性心肌梗死患者早期应用小剂量螺内酯对血浆BNP的影响

目的探讨心肌梗死患者早期应用小剂量螺内酯对血浆钠尿肽（BNP）的影响。方法回顾性分析本院心内科收治的78例急性心肌梗死患者的资料，患者均行药物治疗，按照患者治疗方法分为观察组及对照组，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用小剂量螺内酯，在治疗后24h、3d、7d、21d对患者行血浆BNP检测，比较两组NBP水平。结果两组患者入院后BNP水平均明显升高，经过治疗后两组患者BNP水平均下降，观察组较明显，与对照组患者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论急性心肌梗死患者早期应用小剂量螺内酯可降低患者BNP水平，减少心力衰竭发生率。

Effect of early application with small doses of Spirolactone on 48 patients with acute myocardial infarction to plasma BNP

Objective To discuss the effect of early application with small doses of Spirolactone in patients with acute my ocardial infarction to plasma BNP.Methods The clinical data of 48 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to cardiology department of our hospital was analyzed retrospectively.All patients were given drugs for treatment,and were di vided into observation group and control group according to the therapeutic methods.On basis of conventional treatment,the observation group was given small doses of Spirolactone.After treatment of 24 h,3 d,7 d,21 d,the plasma BNP was detected,and the level of BNP between the two groups was compared.Results After admission,the level of BNP of the two groups both increased,and after treatment the level of BNP of the two groups both decreased,the observation group de creased more significantly,there was a significant difference compared with control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The early application of small doses of Spirolactone in patients with acute myocardial infarction can decrease the level of BNP,and reduce the occurrence of cardiac failure.
