| 摘 要： | 本文对来自成都地区的人源和鸡源空肠弯曲菌进行了质粒携带情况调查和药敏试验测定,结果表明:人源和鸡源菌的质粒检出率分别为21.88%和8.11%,质粒带以1条多见,最多达5条,分子量为1.7～38×10~6道尔顿。含质粒的空肠弯曲菌中,大多耐四环素,部分耐氨苄青霉素和强力霉素。耐四环素菌株的质粒检出率(25.91%)明显高于敏感株(7.14%)(P<0.05),提示本地区空肠弯曲菌的四环素抗性与质粒有关。

| Abstract: | The presence and antibiotic resistance of plasmid DNA from Campylobacter jejuni from children with diarrhea and chickens were investigated. Plasmids were detected in 14.49% of the isolates. The plasmid incidence in the Campylobacter jejuni from the children with diarrhea and the chickens were 21.88% and 8.11% respectively. Most of the plasmid-containing Campylobacter jejuni isolates were resistant to tetracycline. The incidence of tetracycline-resistant plasmid strains was higher than that of susceptible strains. These results suggest that tetracyclinc resistance in Campylobacter jejuni from Chengdu District is related to the presence of plasmids. |
