血清雌二醇、孕激素与乳腺疾病关系的研究

目的 :探讨性激素含量的变化与乳腺疾病之间可能存在的关系。　方法 :180例女性乳腺疾病患者 ,年龄2 0～ 5 3岁 ,月经正常 ,无内分泌疾病 ,于术前黄体期内抽取血样本 ,用放免法测定雌激素、孕激素水平 ,手术后做病理检查。依病理检查结果分组 ,分析各组乳腺疾病血雌激素、孕激素含量的变化。　结果 :乳腺各疾病组血雌激素、孕激素含量与对照组比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,分年龄段后与对照组比较有显著差异 ,<4 0岁组血雌二醇含量在乳腺增生症患者中显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,孕酮则无明显变化 ;≥ 4 0岁组雌二醇、孕酮激素含量在乳腺癌、乳腺纤维腺瘤患者中均显著升高。　结论 :血雌激素、孕激素含量对乳腺疾病的诊断有指导意义。

Correlation between serum levels of estradiol and progesterone and breast disease

Objective: To investigate the relationship between breast tumor and the levels of sex hormones in the blood. Methods: One hundred and eighty female patients with breast tumor were studied. Serum levels of estradiol and progesterone before surgery were compared with that of 180 healthy volunteers. Serum levels of estradiol and progesterone were measured by radioimmunoassay. Pathology of the breast tumor and serum levels of estradiol and progesterone were investigate. Results:There was no difference in the serum levels of estradiol and progesterone between the two groups. In patients younger than 40 years old with cystic hyperplasia, serum estradiol concentration was higher than control group(P<0.01). In patients older than 40 years old with breast cancer and fibroadenoma, serum estradiol and progesterone levels were higher than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Serum levels of estradiol and progesterone were associated with breast tumors.
