| 摘 要： | 目的：为搜索出无偿献血者中HBsAg阳性样品。方法：使用胶体金免疫层析法与EUSA法对无偿献血者血标本进行筛查。结果：检测17582份，金标法结果与EUSA法比较，本法的特异性为93％，敏感性为100％，总符合率为99．6％，整个过程时间仅需15～30分钟。结论：金标法其特异性和敏感性不亚于EUSA法，并且操作简单，不需要任何仪器和实验工具，完全可以有效用于无偿献血工作的现场筛选和临床急症手术前的检测。

| Abstract: | Objective:To screen the positive samples of HBsAg from the voluntary non-remunerated donors.Methods:The colloidal gold immune chromatography and ELISA were used for screening the serum samples of voluntary non-remunerated donors.Results:The positive sample was found in 932 copies and the negitive sample in 16650 copies for colloidal gold immune chromatography,while the positive sample was found in 1002 copies and the negitive sample in 16580 copies for ELISA.Conclsuion:Based on the foregoing data,colloidal gold immune chromatography is sentitive and simple in fact.It can be pushed into the work to detect HBV infection in common. |
