肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤11例报告

目的：提高肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤的诊断和治疗水平。方法：回顾性分析11例肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤患者的诊断和治疗经验，该组患者均采用B超和CT检查，特征性影像学表现为前者的强回声反射，后者为不均匀低密度影像，最低部位CT值为-70--30HU，强化后增强不明显，11例患者均采用了全麻下经十一肋切口行肾上腺肿瘤切除术。结果：11例患者均术前明确诊断且成功进行了手术，术后随访无复发。结论：肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤是由脂肪和骨髓样组织组成，多数无症状，对于有症状患者主要为无特异性的腰腹部疼痛和高血压，B超、CT和MRI可对其明确诊断，治疗根据肿瘤大小和有无症状来确定密切观察或手术切除治疗。

Adrenal myelolipoma of eleven cases

Objective:To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment level of adrenal myelolipoma.Methods:Eleven patients with myelolipoma were diagnosed by B_US and CT,and treated by operation.Results:Eleven cases were diagnosed and treated successfully.Conclusion:Adrenal myelolipoma is nofuntioning benign tumour constituted by fat tissue and small islands of haemathopoyetic.The patients are usually asymptomatic.In symptomatic patients,the most common symptoms are nonspecific abdominal pain,haematuria and hypertension.The diagnosis is achieved by B_US,CT and MRI.The management is controversial:Surgical treatment or observing are depending on the tumor's size and/or symptoms.
