| 摘 要： | 目的 评价无外套管推进式电子小肠镜对小肠疾病的诊断价值和安全性。方法 对1994年11月～2004年10月间138例疑有小肠疾病患者行推进式电子小肠镜检查，分析其应用情况。结果 138例患者中，电子小肠镜越过屈氏韧带进入空肠113例（81．9％），结果发现小肠疾病44例（31．9％），包括十二指肠多发溃疡4例，十二指肠中下段病变19例，空肠病变21例。92例不明原因消化道出血患者中，37例发现病灶，阳性检出率为41．1％。无一例出现并发症。结论 推进式电子小肠镜检查是诊断小肠疾病的有效且安全的手段之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the diagnostic value and safety of routine push enteroscopy without overtube.Methods From Nov.1994 to Oct.2004, 138 patients were examined by routine push enteroscopy. Results The enteroscope bypassed the Treize ligament in 113 cases (81.9%). Forty-four cases of intestinal diseases (31.9%), including 4 duodenal multiple ulcers, 19 middle-lower duodenal lesions, 21 jejunum lesions were examined. Among the 92 cases for unreasonable gastrointestinal bleeding, 37 revealed clear lesions with a positive detectable rate of 41.1%. No complication occurred. Conclusion Routine push enteroscopy is an effective and safe method for diagnosing intestinal diseases. |
